I put in like $25 just to familiarize myself with the user interface.

I have a royal carib $40 put that expires in September to hedge against me selling puts every week.

The IV is absurd enough that the premiums are ridiculous. $250 for an option that expires friday

What are your commissions?

Since I am not a US citizen I pay a minimum of $5 per action so...getting into a stock with $10 sounds impossible to me
It's obviously less for you, but still

Lots of places let you do free trades (well at least Robinhood and Vanguard, I'm sure a few others do too).

Now while there is no fee, it's built into the price you're buying/selling at.

Amazon is considering buying them out. What a fortuitous turn of events for its investors!

ATHX is treating me well. +$600 so far which is pretty good considering I've only got like $1800 in it. Doing a bit of research and actually going hard on a cheap stock you think has potential is much more satisfying than just swinging at things that have bottomed out. I'll keep a few hundred dollars for the silly day trading but I think I'm about done with that.

I am currently down like 15%. Ever since I put my $85k in a few weeks ago, the market has been trash. I honestly think Im going to be down 50% before this dip ends. Its just bad news after bad news, and even the good news is twisted into being bad.

Im up a little bit but havent paid a lot of attention this week. I made enough to get my lawn tractor for free though.

at most $20,000. That would allow me free reign of the things I want to buy for market purposes.

Basically cash flow allows me to be a lot bulkier in my orders and I can get more stuff in the market.

I got boned. I no longer needed my remaining $20k and I was confident that the market, after enduring a miserable three day slide, would rebound today. I put $18k into EVRI last night since the casinos are beginning to open. Currently down 9%. Unbelievable turn of events the last three weeks have been.

Slightly down on the week. Down about $12k. Not worried because Ive come to terms with a long-term mentality. Casinos are opening soon so my WYNN stock should go up at some point. Banks will never go bankrupt so those will return to their once prominent positions soon enough. Same with Prudential.

Theyre all performing equally poorly, but thats because I bought them at basically the two month high (April 29). Im not worried and you shouldnt be either with the stocks you listed.

The only issue with yours is that about half are currently at or near their all-time highs.

I am mind blown at how poorly theyve been doing. But when I went into them it was because I wanted to play the long game and not gamble with meme stocks. Ironically that has gone terribly bad for me so far. I also could have benefitted from diversifying the financial sector more but I really am confident theyll bounce back at some point.
