These are the votes for vocals from the 23 matches where a vocal song was against a non-vocal song, with vocal meaning a live-recorded singer in a leading role (notable exclusions were Brain Power and Eulogia). Such matches only made up 23 out of the 54 total, so you'd need to agree on a lot more than that for high compatibility!

I think in the past it's been the later of 10:00 PM or 24 hours after the topic is posted. (ie. the deadline is never earlier than 10 even if the topic goes up early)

Going forward, I support this approach, but it should be made clear what we're doing in any case.

I meant during the 2019 contest (VGMC13). I've only been a part of this community since February of 2019, so I wasn't around for any of the contests before that.

Interesting stats on vocal vgm matches. Interesting that only voting 12 of 23 vocal tracks puts me around the 65th percentile or something. That's the kind of stats I'm interested in, P0. If you could sometime provide other user voting stats based on other criteria, too, that would be awesome!

Oh, I definitely need to be questioned sometimes. It was valid to wonder if you weren't part of that discussion. No, chat was positively blowing up last night. They'd been going at it for almost an hour before I finally ducked my head in from the game I was playing. Took another 30 minutes for me to make sense of what was going on and finally make a decision.

Phew, Thermosphere made it out of the first round. I hope Midnight Lady is more well-liked than Mirror Temple, but I doubt it.

I made a bold pessimistic prediction that only two Pokemon tracks (of nine) would make it out of round 1. That's been blown to bits. (so far it's three out of four)

Random fact: Those highly compatible with Mycro vote more consistently (as in miss fewer days of voting) than users highly compatible to you (azuarc), based on data last year.

I'll try to keep the data up-to-date as the contest goes on, though not on a daily basis because I'm definitely gonna forget some days. I was previously maintaining a network of every song from completed matches and who voted for them, but it grew and grew much faster than I'd anticipated! To make the conversion to its current design, I reused pretty much all of the code that kaonashi offered me for the nominations graph, so much thanks again to kaonashi for helping out!

Weight of the World/Sudden Visitor was a back-and-forth match much of the day. STDWE made a push to get within 1 somewhat late in the match but it wasn't enough.
