Hes a bit annoying at the beginning but by the end hes awesome. hes also amazing in battle. Him + Vivi and their magic sword is unstoppable --- I could do this all day. Of the other examples mentioned in the topic, I haven't played Persona4 (or any games of the series for that matter), but Zagi and Issun I found to be rather amusing, the latter more than the former. Final Fantasy2389 03/29/20 1:53:38 PM #19:	Colette from Tales of Symphonia is high on my list of most annoying characters. Maybe only beaten out by Teepo in Tales of Xillia. It doesn't help that Teepo is voiced by Erin Fitzgerald and I find her VA very hit or miss. She moves scenes along quicker than they would go otherwise, because of how impatient she is, and her outbursts are basically what a lot of characters need to get out of their asses and figure out their shit. She was an excellent foil to Vivi, and a welcome source of extra motivation for Garnets character. Anyway Lymle from Star Ocean 4 not only adds nothing to the plot, but is unneeded noise when you realize her gimmick is being a dummy. Which would be fine, but then Meracle joins... then Serah joins... and the other two female party members dont have enough character or (more than one) moment to showcase their skills. And there arent enough inter-character stories with her and the others, so you barely even get a sense that she even really knows any of these people shes been traveling with in a unique way. But that goes for most of the rest of the cast too. ~~And you have to do extra work to get Lymles happy ending? Fuck that.
