Not all indies are born the same. Hollow Knight very easily could in the top 3 or 5 strongest indies in the bracket. I highly doubt V has the same sauce.

Regardless of what you think about Fortnite, the game has gotten huge for a reason and is still very active to this day.

We've actually seen VVVVVV get contest representation before, and it even did had a small victory, if you consider edging out second place in a squash much of a victory.

Uncharted 2 is projected to get 73-77% on hearthstone in 2015. Horizon is currently at 78.5% on Fortnite.

Fortnite will likely finish near the bottom of the x-stats so HDZ's performance means nothing to me. Borderlands 2 is starting to pull away, but its performance against Bloodstained is not encouraging as of now.

Also Fallout 4 is almost doubling VVVVVV

For what little it's probably worth, it wasn't until 2018 where RE7 got VR support on PC, which is considered one of the best VR experiences on Steam. That could explain a possible increase in strength.

RE7 isn't rE6 but it's also no RE2Remake(which we cna safely say is stonger than original) or RE4. Its probably in between. A lot more people respect it than hate it.

FO4 is just not well thought of. Its popularity has diminished greatly

LEts compare 2015 GOTY poll and how well it did against Witcher 3.....and now lets look at both games. One of them is a legit talked about going to finals. The other is dealing with Bethesda being in a shithole due to Fallout 76 and people just not giving a toss about the franchise anymore

With more than a 7% difference between registered and anonymous users in the Monster Hunter and Sekiro matches, we are officially in territory that only appeared twice during the entire 2018 contest (one of them being a rallied match). Aloy/D.Va and Monika/Wario were the only 2 matches in 2018 to have more than a 7% difference between registered and anonymous users.

The Walking Dead/Bastion had about a 6% difference, while Dragon Quest XI/Trails SC was about a 4.5% difference.

The overall trend from yesterday's matches was huge splits between registered and anonymous users, even greater than the usual splits we saw in the 2018 contest. If the effect of forced voting in all 4 matches wasn't already apparent, we may be seeing that effect even worse with the last set of matches.

Registered users only made up about 54.43% of yesterday's votes, a drop off from Day 1's 55.09%. But still well above the percentage of registered users for the 2018 contest. It was expected that the percentage of registered users would drop after Day 1 as more casuals on this site find out there's a contest running.

I'm hoping Bloodborne takes out the Nintendo Trash that is FE but its not beating RE2.

As for ME2

Look i'm a bit biased. ME2 alongside God of War 2018 and BOTW are probably my top 3 of the gen...but Mass Effect just doesn't seem like its the same ME series that was slapping Mario Galaxy 2 in the face 5 years ago.

If it was...there would be no hesitation to pick ME2. ME2 was insanely popular 10 years ago and really beloved...but that franchise went down the shitter.

Let me remind you though...ME3 was 2nd stongest game 2015. Just saying...

In all of the splits besides TWD the winner was favored more by registered users, right? Could it be a heavy bracket voting effect (particularly due to the forced votes)? Its easier to have an opinion on characters whose games you havent played than the games themselves.
