When Biff gets in the car with her and starts pulling up her dress, thats fucked up and George Mcfly almost lets it happen lol Biff is psycho though. He basically tried to kill Marty when he was chasing him on the skateboard. And tries to do something similar in the BTTF 2 --- I could do this all day.
