I admit I was a bit off. The points I made, stand. I once was an advocate for an autistic client who was facing 10 years in jail for 'threats to kill'. He'd been caught ranting on video. About his mom. He was shitposting, irl. My point was that a diagnostic label does not absolve anyone from liability. And by shutting down any convo about that, is simply misleading.
