Ok, my favorite MMO of all time is currently free to play (for like the next 6 months) including ALL content, all expansions, all races, all classes. It's Dungeons and Dragons Online and a great game, a total blast to play. I highly recommend it.

It hhs a free to play system normally, but by the time you actually have pllyed 6 months, you would probably already open up most content for the future as well. This is a great way to get into the game for free forever.

Phantasy Star Online 2 just started up on the 20th, it's free to play forever more or less but for those who used to play and miss it they finally gave it back to us. On PS4 and XB1.

My bad, I was misinformed. PS4 version coming in April I'm now being told, PC version mid-summer. Sorry @wolfy42.
It is live on XB1 I just downloaded (68gb) it last night.

I believe it was 3.5 originally, but it's kinda gone the MMO way, so it's not based on any strictly anymore, it's meta DND lol. You do have the normal classes/races but there are enhancements and epic levels and tons of other stuff, but unlike most MMO's you actually freely move and attack, you dodge real traps, fire arrows at enemies etc.

It's why I love it so much, combat is real time and not just use an ability over and over again etc. You run up tomonsters and swing your sword, and can hit a group with aoe attacks, dodge back and avoid being hit, jump up on something so they enemy can't reach you and shoot them etc.

It's a GREAT MMO, and still has not been beat by any in my opinion, although I am hoping PSO 2 will chance that. I played it a ton for like 10 years but only off and on for the last 5 or so.

Also garth brooks is performing a free concert and so are a few other artists (online of course). I'm not a fan of country (don't hate it, just not my jam) but I saw this and thought I would mention it. Do a search for free concerts and you should find info on em.
