Switch?

Im looking through the options and i can see that theres a savegame transfer between consoles, but i have backed up my saves to the cloud, so i should be good, right?

What about the Online store account. Are games linked to the console or the account? I didnt see any system transfer, so if both the saves and the purchases are linked to my account, i can just format the Switch, sell it and buy the new Switch thats being released with AC?

Your account is what it's tied to however you need to deregister your old console before getting rid of it otherwise you'll have to call in like me. My first switch was defective

Should be something similar to how playstation does it where you can deactivate it as your primary console. Like I said my Switch died on me so I had to call in to do it because I couldn't access my first Switch but it should be fairly easy since you can still use your first console

If you have a launch Switch, you could sell it for good money.
