She played Lisa Turtle on the show and read a journal entry she wrote about feeling shunned by former castmates as she appeared on the Dr. Oz show She said "I have to admit i did feel a bit slighted and hurt when iw as not invited to be part of the Saved by the Bell reunion as well as other cast member events, yet of course, i also realized that having this puzzling disorder may have played a major part in that factual decision" In 2012, her mother, Patricia said Lark was diagnosed with bipolar disorder which the actress denied and now finally admits as she opened up about her mental health Her mother credited her psychologist in helping Lark with her condition and made her realize she has a problem that needs to be addressed Mark Paul Gosselaar, Mario Lopez and Elizabeth are slated to return as Tiffani Amber Thiessen was in talks to return but as of yet has not signed on Lark said she feels EMPOWERED seeing her castmates socializing without her cause it's their "right not but would like to be included again at some point and believs her mental health played a part in her being snuffed while Dustin Diamond's legal troubles and book diss is what estranged him from the cast Lark herself has been in controversy herself as startling pictures of her were released showing her face completely different. She also Dyed her hair blonde and posted on instagram that she DOES NOT refer to herself as BLACK and says she is AMERICAN and has never been to Africa and finds it offensive that people call her African-American.
