I don't like the fact that they changed the graphics to look more like NSMB style. I think it takes away from the charm.

Season 2 has had relatively few filler episodes, and even when they do have one like this one, they manage to bring it back to the overarching plot by the end.

I did finish reading Volume 3 of the mainline Star Wars comics. It was decent. I enjoyed the flashback side story about Obi-Wan on Tattooine watching over Luke, but the Vader comics have definitely been better of the ones I've read so far.

Finished the audiobook of the third book of The Expanse. It's a shame some of these characters never made it into the show, but the show did get Drummer and a vastly superior Ashford. Words cannot express how much better he is than the book version, who's largely a weak willed coward.

Also, I keep saying it, but Pericles is seriously a great villain.

Fate/Grand Order: Think I've finished everything in the KnK Event except the Challenge Quest because that requires me to be a lot further in the main story than I am. 100/100 Missions, bought everything in the shop, Shiki is at Final Ascension and NP5.

Rooftop Story Battle was hype with Thanatos (think it was that variant of Shiki's Theme) playing.

So I think I'm back to the story for now which is good since for this week the costs to do story missions is cut in half. I think I'm on the last node in London. I also think I might get a decent-ish amount of rolls by the time the KnK event ends for a final desperation push at Void Shiki. Even accounting for the fact that I spent like 8 Tickets after the big roll in the first few days I think there's a good chance I can work my way back up to like 20-25 rolls in time for the last day. Odds would still be very against me but the glimmer of hope would be there at least. Maybe I could get Fujino to NP3 who knows.

Nice timing for finishing the event! I actually finished it tonight too. It's not quite as impressive as the first time (it was the first event that really had an attempt at a compelling story), but it's still fun. London is the last of the bad singularities, so hopefully you'll enjoy the main story more after that! Should be a bit easier to get through the story too now that you have Shiki and Fujino.

I haven't been watching Mr Robot too quickly lately. Up to ep 3 of S3. It's definitely been an improvement over S2 so far! The opening of ep 2 (I think it was ep 2) with Elliot hacking everyone at E Corp to get them fired was great.

I kinda wish that the F/GO Valentine's Event didn't "spoil" for me that Thomas Edison is a man with a lion's head for a head. Because that would have been a much more hilarious "reveal" in the story when he showed up if I didn't already know.

BREAKING NEWS: Late as always to anything pop culture related I have now had, for the first time, the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich. I... don't know if it lived up to the hype. It's good, but uh not as good as I was led to believe. In fairness though, some of this is on me for the order I think. Improvements could be made there.

I don't know if I should bring this to her attention before the wedding for fear that she'd change it, but it's a clear sign she's the one for me.

The Popeyes Chicken Sandwich is pretty good. Not good enough for it to be my exclusive Popeyes order, though (popcorn shrimp are always tempting).

obviously you have no choice now but to lean all the way into this and have a friend pretend to be the priest so you can shout "OBJECTION!" and have Cornered start playing as you expose him for a fake in a protracted debate and have the real priest returned in time to successfully oversee the wedding

Up to ep 4 of Mr. Robot S3. Does it ever go in to more detail on why Darlene sided with the FBI? It seemed like they were leading up to something at the end of S2.

Mr. Robot: I think the implication is that when Dom showed Darlene the board they had she realized they were way closer to the truth than she had previously thought, having connected Elliot, Darlene, and all of fsociety already and is acting to protect herself and Elliot because their one out is the FBI is under the impression that Tyrell is the mastermind.
