People complained that the mods were inconsistent and the mods upholding were biased before... now everyone gets input on things. FWIW its better than tiered disputes because you get resolution in 24 hours as opposed to waiting much longer potentially. That's just how it works and Gamefaqs doesn't have enough money to get better. Don't expect them to come save you here. And sometimes you get modded for something stupid by a mod who barely cares what actually happened...just deal with it and move on. You'll get blank stares if you even try to explain it. There's a reason they've reduced the amount of times we can dispute stuff...they know it'll never get reversed. Always seems like trolls show up, people take shots at the trolls, the trolls flag those posts and those users are removed but the trolls are too subtle to get removed themselves. Start with an apology but then verbally berate them and then say it was my friend who got on my account ect ect.
