It's very unique + Great characters that you really enjoy + Music is fucking amazing + There's a chick with a great rack and a tattoo on her ass >_> + Dungeons have better design here than in DDS2 + Hardest optional boss of all time in any JRPG ever - There's no payoff to finding out the mystery until the 2nd game >_> - Encounter rate is a little ridiculous at times - Hardest optional boss of all time in any JRPG ever DDS2: + Mantra Grid is better and more fun to experiment with + More skills to use + Transferring stuff from DDS1 is awesome + Great music, but not as many amazing tracks as in DDS1 + Encounter rate is toned down + Sera gets naked WAAAAAY more in this game >_____________> - Your party switches around way too much to get decent builds on characters until the last dungeon - Berserk mode is cool, but feels pretty pointless and doesn't add much - Not as many sidequests to do as in DDS1 I think I like DDS1 slightly more, but they're both great and should be played together. DDS2 runs perfectly from what I can tell and doesn't have any problems. Plus the transfer save feature works just fine too.
