Firstly, a disclaimer:
This competition is not officially sponsored by GameFAQs or CBS Interactive and monetary rewards have been provided by me. Now the legal stuff is out of the way, it's time once again for the B8 Rumble. Probably the best/most exciting part of UCA returns for a second year running, now free of the B8UCA branding. 30-50 will enter over the course of around 24 hours, and only one will leave as the 2020 Rumble champion. And the kudos/bragging rights that come with joining the ELITE GROUP of past Rumble winners isn't the only thing they'll get. The winner this year will receive a 50 USD Gift Card of their choice (Amazon, PSN, Steam, etc). The Rumble will take place on the night of Friday January 31st, and will run well into Saturday - exact time TBC. Sign up in this topic. As I mentioned, I think the upper limit on this is about 50 people. I doubt we'll get that, but if we do, it's pretty much first come first served. --- Not to be confused with XIII_Stones. ... What is the nature of this contest? It works like the WWE Royal Rumble combined with a Hurt and Heal contest (only without the heals). You start with two guys, say me and Wigs. We have 10 points. You can vote to hurt me or Wigs. 30m later someone else enters, say ExTha, you can vote to hurt me, Wigs or ExTha. If you get to 0 points you're eliminated.. There are other more complicated rules as well (such as having one extra vote if you're in the match), but that's the bread and butter. Early entrants get more points (this will vary depending on the number of people we get), and we start it in the board's slower hours to allow early entrants to last a little longer. This helped Shad win a few years ago from entry #8, lasting well over 14 hours, so drawing an early number isn't the end of the world. --- Not to be confused with XIII_Stones. ...
