Hell of a prank.

Ive had bed bugs 2 times, the difficulty of getting rid of them is extremely exaggerated on the internet for some reason.

People like to bring up rare cases they infest a random desk or something.

Once as a kid in my house because a family member had them when I stayed the night and I brought them back, those were probably the worst case of bedbugs Ive ever seen because at my family members house those bedbugs were so aggressive youd sit down in a chair in the room at 3 in the afternoon in full light and next thing you know you are swelled up in bites in about 5 minutes.

Threw away my mattress, problem solved.

Second time I had them I was staying in a shared room to save money when I moved out of state and some guy brought them back. They spread all over. Terrible case of it you could actually see these horrid things crawling all over you and the bed at night but they never bit during the day.

Threw out the mattresses and quarantined the room they were in and that was that.

Bedbugs have been around throughout pretty much all of human history, they went away briefly because of pesticides but we stopped using them when we realized they cause cancer

so now theyre back and the sad fact is that in a few decades itll probably be a rare thing for a household to be bedbug free
