Yeah; I used to order a sauerkraut pizza (sauerkraut, chopped link-sausage, mozzarella cheese and then some sort of cream/alfredo sauce and some other ingredients I can't remember) from a little pizza place in a nearby town. Great pizza. The place closed down years ago and I haven't had a sauerkraut pizza that compares to it.

Hmmm... take out the shrooms and through in bell peppers for me.
Though I demand the onions and peppers be grilled in olive oil salt and pepper, then have the aus jus dumped in, boiled to reduce into a thicker sauce, remove the onions and peppers, sauce the pizza, put on the cheese, beef peppers and onions.
