The Monument Valley games are pretty good

The Alta games are a lot of fun

Oh yeah Superbrothers Sword & Sworcery is great

Oh and Kingdom Rush if you like tower defense, and The Room games if you like puzzles

Trying to think of older ones I've deleted and going through my purchase history I found:

Reigns - kinda like a choose-your-own-adventure card game with roguelite mixed in

Lifeline - a text-based adventure game

I like Dragalia Lost. It has micro transactions if you want them, but you can also just never see them. I havent bought a single thing and have most of the characters and stuff...

Also, I like Rodeo Stampede.

Dancing Line is also good. Though, I heard its bad some changes. I unfortunately cant seem to get it to work, and cant see if its gotten bad or something.

Jetpack Joyride is an old one, but fun.

The Spider-Man runner is pretty fun. And if you do well, you dont have to spend money.

Then a lot of the games like sudoku and Kakuro are usually free, if you like those...

I play puzzle and dragons and paying for in game currency is optional and useful but not at all necessary to play the game.

I haven't payed a single penny and I'm doing very well in the game. The only thing holding me back is my skill level.

you technically can buy unlocks with money but they're so relatively easy to unlock in general

when you go to the page with real money they straight up tell you don't buy this shit unless you want to support the developers more

it's a roguelike-esque dungeon defense game where you slap down nodes on a grid representing your dungeon leading to the throne room housing your dark lord, and the goal is to have that dark lord survive each wave of heroes by discovering increasingly busted mechanics and synergies between monster rooms, traps, dark lord powers,etc. it's super satisfying
