The ONLY thing that REALLY matters is: Which console will have the better EXCLUSIVES??? And, historically, Xbox has SUCKED at having good exclusives. Console-sellers. I have a feeling the PS5 will have some mind-blowing exclusives. Particularly the God of War sequel. Whatever Team ICO is up to. A new Metal Gear. A new Castlevania. I'm hoping Amy Hennig wakes up and decides to revive the Legacy of Kain series on PS5. A new Uncharted game. Who knows. Some obscure but epic JRPGs. Things only Sony can provide. You could tell if you played The Phantom Pain. He was just spent at that point. Had nothing else to give. He basically gave all the fans (and Konami) the middle finger with that game. He trolled us all big time. I'm still a little annoyed, to be honest. So I imagine the series could do pretty well with someone else behind the wheel.
