hypnox 12/14/19 10:11:52 AM #1:	Talk about easy and tasty meals. So far my favorite is a simple tomato sauce with a couple of cans of sardines in olive oil gently fried up in a pan. Add red pepper flakes, toasted bread crumbs and either noodles or rice. I prefer the noodles.
