I finally had to look up how to get the Ultimate Key, cause I'm pretty sure I did the best I could without having it.

... how the hell are you supposed to know to use the Bottomless Pot (which I did get without a guide) at an outcropping of coral to open a shrine?! LOL

Hints are all over the place in the "britain" and "chicago" towns.

I freed Mazona from the clutches of the... Boss Troll? And I got the Mod Rod for it! It lets me change appearance, right? Sounds like fun!

Use it in the mediterranean area.

You could use it anywhere on the world map, but it'll just point you towards the med anyway.

Gotcha. Someone told me at some point there would be a boat at sea I have to board, but it like doesn't show up for awhile. I'm assuming getting the Boatman's Bone would give me an idea.

I don't recall having seen that boat before. I boarded it and eventually got a locket? I think some dude named Eric was lamenting never getting to see his beloved ever again.

I have no idea where I would use this.

OK, so I got that MountainCleaver, caused a Volcano to explode, thus giving me a path to the Maw, which was an annoying bitch but I got through. Got another Orb for my troubles! Wooo!

My first orb could have been Orochi, but I couldn't beat it the second time so I waited it out.

Oh wow, made my way to Baramos and he wrecked me. I am level 27 with most of my characters, but damn.

Now I am just farming levels right before Baramos.

Mobile which is a slight edit from the SNES version.

Even at level 30 with all and 25 with my Mage/Sage I am having difficulties.

Grind until the sage gets Full Heal (30, hopefully). Hero should pick it up in the meantime as well (33 if you're lucky)

Beat him finally. I feel like I was around 2 rounds away from winning over and over. Key was the Acceleratle twice and it seemed Baramos didnt get two turns EVERY round.
