I only found one guy I could watch. He wasnt obnoxious and he pretty much got to the point in his videos. They were all apply titled and his voice didnt grate on my ears. It was BouseFeenix. But I dont go to YouTube much for tips. Usually go straight to the wiki for info on something in the game.

What I like about QuiteShallow is that she is rude af to her fans and her commentary is hilarious, and she doesn't play the whole "I'm a girl, let me do a million Q&A videos where I tease you about being single" game.
