They had paramedics on-site and transported him once it turned into a medical emergency. They reacted to the situation at hand. Police are not psychic dude

There's a world of difference between taking a cyanide pill and taking percocet. They didn't treat it like an emergency until it became an emergency. Why would they call an ambulance when nothing was happening yet?

If I was a police officer and someone told me that somebody took a potentially lethal dose/combination of pills, the normal and morally correct thing to do would be to call an ambulance yes.

Read both articles. Not seeing the part where it says that the cops were told that the guy took pills before it was apparent that he was having a medical emergency. This appears to be the only reference to the cops being told, and it makes no mention of them having the information before he entered the seizure.

As we reported, cops confiscated 70 lbs. of marijuana and 3 handguns after searching the plane. We're told Juice suffered his seizure -- which turned out to be fatal -- as agents were conducting their search. Our sources say someone in his entourage told cops he had taken several "unknown pills."

He took a bunch of pills to avoid them being found by police, there was a 0% chance it wasnt an overdose.

This is a common way to hide evidence and it does not always result in people overdosing. If that were the case, way fewer people would see it as a viable way to get away with the crime
