Seriously!!!
Spoilers below obviously. GRRRRRRR So they solved the problem of clark looking kinda dumpy and non-superman like by making him.....NOT BE SUPERMAN anymore. After all that crap in smallville about him having a destiny etc, they basically just said nope, and had him give up his powers permanently to have a fam.
