I have been getting back into manga and I am looking for some new titles to read.

I am into slice of life manga but not opposed to other genres.

Currently I am reading Goodnight Punpun, which I love, and I will be picking up others by Inio Asano.

Any recommendations for other really good manga?

I haven't read manga in ages as I became quite depressed some years ago and mostly stopped reading both books and manga and never got back in the habit, but let me think a moment... Do note that I never finished reading several of these so I can't vouch for their quality throughout the whole pieces.

Doubt (or Rabbit Doubt, I think it might have been called in some translations).
Liar Game.
Demon Detective Nougami Neuro.
Chang Ge Xing/Song of the Long March (Chinese, not Japanese, obviously, and on hiatus due to a copyright battle between the author and publisher).
Whistle! (the only sports manga I've read even a teeny bit of, seemed decent though I didn't get far)
Until Death Do Us Part. I had mixed feelings about the story but this one's got some great style.
Hikaru no Go was mildly amusing.
Blame! is one I haven't read yet but I've seen recommended before.

Anyway, throw the names you don't recognize into google and see if anything catches your eye.

If you're also interested in anime, I remember watching a series (again, didn't finish) called Ergo Proxy that was interesting, but I don't think it had a manga equivalent.

Two favorite slice of life off the top of my head:

My Girl (the one by Sahara Mizu) - twenty-something year old guy never got over his high school girlfriend, who left him one day and disappeared. He suddenly is informed not only that she passed away recently, but also the two of them had a child that he never knew about. He takes the girl in and they cope with the loss and move on together

Bartender - Ryu Sasakura is a talented and charming bartender known around the world. He and other bartenders listen to the troubles of customers, provide advice, serve cocktails perfectly suited to the occasion, and provide lots of history about alcohol
