Yes. All because bands no longer have much pressence on the radio or media it doesn't mean they aren't still doing shows. Evanessence .

A lot of '80s bands still tour. A lot of time it's pretty sad, though. There aren't many artists that have held up very well.

And then there's stuff the the Queensryche shitshow, where two versions of the band were touring at once.

Most of the most highest paid musical acts are old bands doing tours. U2, The Eagles, that dude from Pink Floyd and of course The Rolling Stones. There is still a demand for good, live music.
