The piercings though can't be larger than the size of a dime asworkers were allowed to wear nose studs but septum piercings or rings were not allowed The old dress code had several pages that said "No other pierced jewelry or body adornments are allowed, including tongue studs" Now the popular coffee chain has ditched the rule book and reduced its clothing to just one page It said "We believe the Starbucks Experience is best delivered when partners can bring their whole selves to work. Based on partner feedback, we have simplified our resources and approach to dress code to provide more clarity and make it easier for partners to select their wardrobe for works" The rest of the dress code remains virtually the same although instead of giving specific example of jeans, tops and shoes they give a few basic parameters with a colour palette.
