Ulti probably cares but he also probably cares less than most of you think he cares. He definitely does some of his stuff entirely to get a rise and if you were doing that you wouldn't care that much about downvotes. That much should be clear.

But at the same time, if you're bothered to delete at all that's obviously more than not caring at all. I imagine he was out to get some negativity on some of them and it exceeded his expectations to a level where he was tired of seeing people shriek at him, which is fair.

And of course if you're someone who is noting Ulti's moves across other sites to point and laugh at them, who are to really judge someone for caring too much about something trifling. Why does this topic even exist I mean really.

A podcast is not a terrible idea, truth be told. Dunno what the theme would be, but I can yap for hours about things Im passionate about.

Are you sure a mod deleted those? Because as Tony pointed out, they all say they were deleted by the user. If a post is deleted by a mod, it says [comment removed by moderator].

I don't really care, but I've also been passively observing B8 for over a decade, and Ulti can be loud. And easy to recognize from afar. He's active and makes waves -- hence why I think he could do well with some other medium beyond text.

Like everyone else, we all have our thoughts and takes on others. I have opinions on many users on this board, as I'm sure many others do as well. But I find Ulti more fascinating than most because he's so clearly flawed, and he's often kinda... off... about it. I think he thinks he's in total control, but really his strings are tangled and he does everything to cover it up, or perhaps worse - ignore it. His shit can really stink. And when you smell it on and off for over a decade, you begin to get disgruntled and wonder if he can just not shit the bed again. And then a topic pops up and here we are, reminded again that Ulti loves to take big shits -- and this time a larger userbase is rushing to open the window and let the waft out.

So that's about the extent of me caring, at least. Very passively, from a distance, on and off since around 2008. I'm the neighbor who opens his blinds, shakes his head and goes back to minding my own business.

I can sorta see where you're coming from, I run a YouTube channel and have a drip-feed of notifications sent to my phone every hour, and it's especially demanding after dropping a new video. Although I don't mind them for the most part.

Not sure I buy the wordplay given you've alt-hopped to avoid moderation here before. Maybe you're being cute but the joke is so thin that I think I'd be more foolish for believing it than the other way around.

Reddit is entirely mob based. 1000 people can ridicule him, 900 can seriously engage him, and what you see is 1000 people ridiculing him. On b8, 1000 people can ridicule him, 1 person can seriously engage him, and then you have a 500 topic of him arguing with that 1 person over 4 days.

That's all it is. We ignore him enough already here, enough that he has largely ran away to other boards, but it's impossible to really silence him like reddit does. They're doing the same thing really, pointing at him and laughing, literally obsessed. It's just not designed to end up giving him a platform. You can barely even have a single thread that's 3 messages long there, let alone 500.
