Do you warm up your car in winter

I do depending on how cold it is.

If the windshield is foggy or iced over, I let it run a little while I de-ice, hose it down, or dump pitchers off water on it. Otherwise, no.

Revving a cold engine is a great way to do serious damage to your engine.

Depends on whether you mean warming up the engine before starting to keep oil flowing, letting it run a bit after starting it so it doesn't stall out, or letting it run so the heater inside warms the car up before I get in.

I warm it up when it is cold. If it was just me I could do without that a little more but taking kids to school I want them warm. I even put a throw in the dryer to get it warm for her to cover up with since the heat doesn't get the backseat as warm as the front.

I do but not for very long. It's mostly to allow me to scrape the ice easier and make it bearable to drive on the inside. I don't particularly enjoy seeing my breath when I am driving

Not really necessary in Florida.
