that you could plug in any old earphones into the controller slot and listen to all the audio that way.

I always assumed that that earphone jack was the smaller kind for mic chat only, and whenever anyone used a headset it was Bluetooth.

also, you can't listen to game audio with bluetooth on the ps4.

it's stupid as fuck, why even have bluetooth then. the switch is the same way, has bluetooth, can't fuckin' use it for anything a normal person would want to use it for.

??? I have a bluetooth headset that works just fine with PS4.

Though it does have a little dongle thing that plugs into the USB port on the console.
