Rounds last exactly 24 hours from the opening post and any votes thereafter will be disregarded. 4. I (Metalmind) will post a new match daily at about 6 PM PT, excepting brief scheduled breaks for Thanksgiving and one day where I have a prior commitment. 5. The users who nominated each character will be kept hidden, as votes are for characters, not users. Users are forbidden from rallying, including posting additional propaganda that is not already in this opening post, as this can give their character an unfair advantage. 6. You are allowed, and in fact encouraged, to vote for the character you nominated. Or don't if you truly prefer their opponent, I'm not your boss! 7. I live in Pittsburgh, where I work as a barista at a local caf. What Im truly passionate about, though, is my role as the guitarist and sometime singer of the band a few friends and I formed a few years back. I usually like to spend my downtime alone with my cat Possum, listening to music or playing video games. Uh, what else is there to say about me? Sorry, I know this is a bit awkward Im not exactly the most outgoing person ever." But yes, my life is hard to explain, but what I have pieced together is that I lived thousands of years ago, and then one day I awoke in this city with no memory of myself. And now that memory has returned, and I am so grateful to this place; I will FIGHT to protect it. Name: Talirah Isiset (aka Sekhmet) Profession: Former Part-Time Library Assistant, Current Superheroine-in-Training (Ancient Egyptian Princess) Age: 19 (3794 as of October 3rd, 1998) Height: 5'7" Weight: 134 lbs. Setting: Tali is a character from an offshoot universe of the No Man's Land plotline of DC Comics. Abilities: Tali is pyrokinetic, and in addition to creating and manipulating fire, she can also summon fire serpents. Character Flaw: Tali is extremely naive and overly trusting, to the point of thinking up plans and making decisions without considering potential consequences, often to her detriment. --- "I believe in a universe that doesn't care, and people who do."
