Well, I was looking at videos of mysterious disappearances. And that led to a Canadian based show about missing people. Which led to an American show that talks about mysterious disappearances and death and stuff. Its interesting... Sad sometimes, though...

Hey Jen, have you considered buying a mobile home instead? They are rocketing up in price all over. My old mobile home I bought for $20k back in the 90's is worth over $200k now (Sadly I lost it in 2011.....cry), but there are many cases of that all over....you can still buy a mobile home for $30k or so, and it's quite likely to go up in price in the next 10 years drastically, meanwhile because it's so cheap the monthly payments are almost non-existant, and depending on where you live, your lot rent can be cheap as well.

They are really nice still though, and you can build a family in one. People put them down, but honestly I have lived in really nice homes, but I liked my mobile home the best. I could hear the rain on the roof for instance, and it was WAY cheaper but had plenty of space.

I finally seem to be losing weight again, but I been having teh schizotypal hallucinations... but it's not a problem 'cuz they're usually pretty fun.

No I have not. Manufactured home is the lowest I'd do.

What is your budget. I was thinking about buying a house, but like I'd have a house just to myself. Probably throw damn ragers all the time.

I'm playing through Luigi's Mansion 3. I wish it didn't take me a month to beat a 15 hour game.

That's my life right now. Working two jobs. Trying to get some extra money. My last day off was the 1st. My next day of is the 15th. Out of the 13 straight days of work, I work both jobs on 11 of them... 1 job each on the other days...

my budget is $280k or less. should be able to get something decent for two people and three pets. we're looking at a house tomorrow. fingers crossed.

Was thinking the 23rd. But it's tentative.

I want something that I can buy outright, and then rent out later. But there are also some decent houses I can just get for $250k.
