I had my first gray hairs at 21. But I still have a full head of hair, so that's a small price to pay. My dad has no gray hair but not a lot of hair left.

Do NOT pluck grey hairs.
More grey hairs will begin to show up around the area the hair was plucked at a faster rate if you continue to do that.
Just cut it, but do NOT pluck it.

I've had several before now, but they were all in my beard.

I had white hairs since I was a little, never got any worse growing up and still good as an adult.

Old wives tale, I randomly plucked my white hairs, they never got any worse, just the odd random one I noticed every once in awhile.

Had gray hairs about one month into a very stressful job role I started earlier this year. All above my ears. Also started much more aggressively balding than I ever have. I've had a high forehead for years, but honestly, never really actually progressed into balding. Now, though, it's undoubtedly starting to happen. I can tell my hair is beginning to recede. I'm in my late 20's (and my fam has a history of balding) so I think it's a confluence of events but yeah, still, it sucks.

Still have a mostly full head of hair, no balding, but slight thinning after 25 years of longish hair, but at 41 my hairline has so far receeded about half an inch. Nobody would notice except me and I only noticed because I have a scar from when I was 9 or 10 that used to start at my hairline dead in the middle of my forehead.

However my beard has had ever expanding grey bits since I was in my very early 20's so I've looked 40ish for almost 20 years.

Been going grey since highschool, got dirty blonde hair and a red beard, I've got grey on both sides of my head and a grey almost white patch in the goatee part of my beard. I'm 28 now so I imagine I'll be full grey mid way into my thirties
