They can't do that unless the primary goes to a second vote. They changed the rules due to outrage from voters. That said, superdelegates shouldn't exist at all.

That the establishment wants to stop Sanders so badly ought to be enough for people from any party to support him during the Democratic primaries at the very least, but people buy into the corporate fearmongering and often fail to participate in primaries when they otherwise could.

However, speaking as someone who lives in a small town in Idaho... I went to the 2016 primary here, and it was stunning. There were so many people that you could barely move; it was like being at a packed concert, and the line to get in was several blocks long even hours later. Sanders won 83% of the vote in my district in the primary. In Idaho. In fact, he only lost in one district in Idaho by 2.5 points, and had a massive lead in most other districts.

You might not think that's relevant, but it's important to keep in mind that Sanders has been growing his following ever since 2016. He can bag states in the primaries that no other candidate in the primary can appeal to and he's got the raw outreach to actually get people to show up for the primaries, even more so than in 2016.

Most people want a system in which everyone is happy.

The issue is most of the systems proposed don't actually come close to accomplishing that, and are selling a fantasy that doesn't exist with a system that doesn't work.

It's like, communism in theory, would work if everyone was equally caring for everyone, and world work hard solely for the betterment of mankind.

But the problem is a large majority of people aren't like that, and imposing a system that assumes people are like that just ends up with people being selfish as usual abusing it.

Warren is probably the only candidate right now which would get wide market appeal from both progressives and centrists. Anyone else being nominated will be a huge mistake by all parties involved.
Unless of course the parties involved want the election to be staged in their favor again.

That's why I donated to her. She was pretty popular before Fox/MSNBC started smearing her, now everyone suddenly understands that she stands for banning cow farts. Still the largest Twitter following out of any of the Congressmen, which means in 30 years or so they'll all be AOC, and we won't be going bankrupt for medical issues or bombing random countries. Maybe if we're really lucky, the vast majority of politicians won't be sponsored by random companies.

In Canada our budget will balance itself while we send billions overseas. Universal healthcare isnt a factor in us going into the red at all.
