I like the Frito Scopes, with Wolf brand chili(never liked Frito Pie with any homemade chili me or anyone else made), mixture of sharp and white cheddar cheese, diced raw onions, pickled jalapenos, and a few table spoons of sour cream

I usually keep it simple and just use chili and cheese. My favorite chili to use is actually the Steak n Shake brand

I prefer it with my homemade chili ( I haven't found a canned brand I like better) with chili cheese fritos, little to no cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
