This is a rule: "Users may not post any content that intentionally antagonizes other users by being inflammatory, irrelevant, disruptive, or offensive"

Only one rule did I break... irrelevant. I am punished. Why am I cherry picked?
I couldn't give a shit less what the average user thinks... I want mods to answer for this bullshit. All of those thread are, at the very least, irrelevant. Change the rules or stop cherry picking!

Topicality is not enforced on social boards, of which PotD is one. Nobody gets modded for off-topic posting because there's no such thing as off-topic here. If you were modded for that, then I'm guessing you were being a major tool and the mod in question felt that was a reasonable alternative to "moderator discretion."

Well for one Poll of the Day is a social board and therefore has no topicality, so that is irrelevant. As for the rules:

None of the topics posted actually break any of those rules. None of the pictures are of the stuff described, none of the content of the posts is doing anything described. You COULD make a (weak) argument for the topics being disruptive, but that rule really applies to mass bumping or flooding a board, which doesn't even come close to what duckbear does.

The topic you posted and got moderated for broke a pretty obvious rule which the person who moderated you clearly stated why. Any moderations you got after that were for re-posting your moderations or interactions with the moderation staff about said moderations which will always get you moderated again.

Plus, as Mad_Max said, you are more likely to get a response on Hellhole, we only has a couple of moderators that post here regularly (and I use regularly loosely since I only posts a few messages a day usually). Hellhole has a bunch of moderators willing to tell you why something is or isn't a violation.
