...what kind of questions can I expect from a c# test? I kinda screwed up the last one for a job interview. It was on paper(wtf lol) and I didn't memorize every single c# feature. I kinda remembered how to check it a word is a palindrome, but there was other questions that I did not know what to answer. My last employer was satisfied with my job, but I never had to do these tests.

It's just that I am applying for a job that I will likely be paid more.

Don't work with someone who's dumb enough to believe paper programming tests are okay

Sometimes it feels like people who are "testing people" have no clue what they are doing

I once had a paper programming test in college and the prof told me I was the first person to ever get 100% on it. Felt like an achievement, but I agree paper programming tests are dumb and test a skill that is barely useful to programming.

move all remaining groundhog mercenaries to the front lines. Have sheep troopers squadrons A and B flank the cows. They're using DC-17 hoof blasters.

The thing is I feel like I suddenly become a clueless idiot when I am facing a paper test. At least at school, you know what to study. I had no clue it was going to be a paper test, they just told me when I was there.

Paper tests are dumb unless it's some super basic thing. While programming in real life you're going to have documentation open and stuff like autocomplete helping you find what functions an item has
