I have an outline setup for something I want to write just for myself. But I feel like it would be silly to spend all this time on doing something I really have no clue how to really get done

Basically, its about a former detective that did some fucked up shit so he kinda self retreats/punishes himself to work as like a wildlife warden far away. Old supervisor comes for his help because this crazed cult type dude killed a younger politicians daughter and buried her in the mountain area where he works. Would flip back a couple times to show what he did and what happened. Blah blah blah

I just feel like its stupid but Im also bored with nothing to do the next couple days

Back in 96 I started writing a kinda fanfic of Mortal Kombat. Never finished it though. My moms had two books published, though.
