I feel no shame.

Majora's Mask is indeed very moving/emotional; moreso than the other games in the series. Cremia's conversation with Romani, the Deku Butler in the end credits, and the entire Kafei & Anju sidequest come to mind.

Fi's and the king's farewells in Skyward Sword and Wind Waker respectively also hit me hard.

I think the most disconcerting thing is UR thinks there's a Zelda game that involves "Driving down a road littered with civilian corpses like speed bumps," since the topic title says "in any other Zelda game."

I think I agree. Pamela's tale is very harrowing. The saddest parts are that she's only a little kid but is put in the position of having to take care of her father when he's made into a monster in a dangerous place. And she still protects him. When he comes to, all she can think of is to try to comfort him and tell him nothing happened, she just wants to be with him again

And she just totally ignores Link because she's so overwhelmed. I love that the game lets them have their moment without you.

I think her father knows that he was turned into a monster, but can't bring himself to talk about it
