2019 Guam War in the Pacific W quarter.
Why is this significant? Most coins are made in either Philadelphia(P mint mark or no mint mark) Denver(D) and San Fransisco(S). Historically there have been more mints, such as New Orleans and Carson City, but they no longer exist. There is a 4th mint the US makes coins at West Point(W), but they have never had a general circulation coin until the 2019 series. Yeah that's likely not made by the US mint. Even if it was commemorative it'd be legal tender from the US mint. Even those gold eagles have legal tender value $10 or more. Only an idiot would redeem a quarter to a full ounce of gold for face value but yeah
