Charisma, intelligence, and wisdom in that order would be priorities. Dexterity and constitution would be lower but, practically speaking, something like constitution you kinda need all along whereas the other stuff you can develop over time.
And, of course, physical strength is less important in a developed nation where rule of law is the norm. Otherwise people generally tend to undervalue charisma despite the fact it improves your odds of favorable outcomes more than intelligence or strength >_> --- (\/)(\/)|-| Scientists are finally waking up to what pyramids have known all along. ...
