Don't get me wrong FiM is a great show, and once I catch up with everything I missed over the seasons I'll feel that little pang of loss, but the same way when The Last Airbender, Ed, Edd, n Eddy, Scrubs, and Fururama ended, the sum of what it gave me is greater than the loss of the show ending. Plus, it's not like it's gone. Box sets, streaming, undisclosed downloads, there's always a way to go back and watch it. I very much doubt any other show will have its same charm. well, the anni stream is still going to happen next year, and i'm going to sit in it for five straight days again. i haven't watched all the eqg stuff, but i did end up actually staying awake this time for friendship games and the camp everfree one. also, they were pretty good. one of the shorts has the best resolution of all time. i'm keeping people furious in the souls series at being dunked on by a guy named after a pony. the only real gap it has left behind for me is my sat ams are free now. Plus, would FiM pulling a Simpsons really be the better path? no, a thousand times no. we were lucky with what we got, and we're lucky it ended the way it did, too. this show will not have to suffer its legacy. it won't be like me trying to explain to anyone under the age of like 20 how the simpsons used to be the best thing on tv. i've actually compared the two shows in total sincerity and i meant those comparisons. i still do. i grew up on the simpsons of that era. on its reruns. i remember how amazing it was. it makes me wonder how it would've been if the simpsons had started now, in a timeframe where the creators and fans could communicate so easily. maybe there would've been simpsons conventions. who knows. that's a ramble if i've ever typed one. --- https://i.imgtc.ws/B63qaE3.gif <cite>Pancake posted [p:929354444] in MLP Social... He mostly covers super obscure games you very likely have never heard of, though there are a couple big-name things sprinkled in there. He plays through the whole thing, even if that process isn't entirely smooth. The foglight assembly as I suspected was hit pretty good, and knocked a mounting brace clean in half. It won't fall off, but it'll have a wobble until its replaced. Also, he has a strong suspicion that the entire passenger fender was replaced. While done very well, there's some clues here and there that support it. Glossy paint on the inside of the fender, where it's supposed to be dull, paint rubbed off the mounting bolts, stuff like that.
