Apparently the NISA recap is actually pretty decent, but it only covers the first two Cold Steel games. For Zero and Ao, a Youtuber by the name of LadyVirgilia is covering them. Thing is, each part is like an hour long, with them being 4-5 parts each game. And the finale of Ao isn't done yet, she just released the second to last part for Ao a few days ago. She does link to another video where you can watch the final chapter of it.
