I don't have any kids that show up for candy and my kids do not go trick or treating (one is too young and the other is too old)

We'll have some on hand but no idea if we'll get any kids. Two years ago we had a ton and almost ran out of candy, last year I think we had two and had a ton of candy left over.

We dont really get too many kids around here any more these days. Last year kinda proved that to me anyways. But I still do it. Buy a small bag of candies and pass them out just in case. Love Halloween.

Nope. The first year I lived here, I bought a bunch of candy and chocolate to give out. No one came for the longest time. By the end of the night, I had one treat or treater. I gave them a bunch of candy. They were happy. The next year, I didnt get any candy. But I got trick or treaters. I just hid queitly. I realized they probably go during the daytime these years. Which is different from when I was a kid. Anyway, this year, Ill probably be at work...

Always "pass out candy". That is, we buy candy for Halloween, but kids never come to the door so it's more of just a good excuse to load up on candy for ourselves.

I usually dont get home from work until around 6pm. I have candy ready every year, but I think Ive gotten 1 trick or treater in the last 4-5 years because Im not home during the main hours.

The way trick or treating seems to be done at my apartments is basically a gathering in a central public picnic area and everyone gives out candy to kids, they don't get to go knocking on people's doors. When I was a kid younger than 7th grade, I did live in a place where I could knock on people's doors for candy though. Honestly glad because I don't want to deal with Trick or Treating crap as an adult LOL.

I won't. But I think the girlfriend plans to. She already has the yard decorated.

Apartment door to apartment door. Though different apartment buildings. It was much less walking, possibly more candy, and seemed safer. Probably because it was in a couple buildings, and usually neighbors that they knew...

On base, I know they do Trunk or treat.

I haven't been trick or treating in 30+ years.

I will be going to a Halloween party though. I'll be continuing my tradition of dressing like 80's cult movie characters (last year I was Dynamo from Running Man, the year before that I was Jack Burton from Big Trouble in Little China), and dressing as Roddy Piper's character from They Live.

My nearest neighbor is about a mile away, and I don't think they have any kids. And my house is at the end of a 1/4 mile long driveway and is surrounded by an 8 foot high fence with a gate topped with razor wire (long story), so even if someone did decide to drive their kids around, they'd give my place a wiiiiiiiiiiide berth.

I live out in the middle of nowhere, there are 100% gonna be no kids in a 5 mile radius trick or treating. I might possibly go to my friend's house and pass out candy there if I'm not working that night.
