Yes. Had two college projects like that. One was a major bitch and the other was a guy who routinely "forgot" his assignments/what he was supposed to contribute

I was a late addition for a group of 2 females and a guy. Guy dropped the class in that group so the teacher asked me if I'd join. The duties were already picked out, but I said sure.

The female took offense to that, claiming she was given more work previously because we were all racist. Didn't matter they split the duties up 3 ways and they chose what they wanted. She refused to cooperate and communicate the entire time, going so far as to turn her chair away from us when we had meetings and refuse to talk. She left the class 2 days before the presentation, leaving us hanging. The two of us scrambled and got everything done just in time.

The guy was harmless, but it was frustrating when he'd try to do someone else's work, bitch that he had no idea what he was doing and have to start over because he forgot his assignment. He even tried doing research on another topic that wasn't even applicable to the class (forensic science class and he tried researching how to hunt bears). 4/5 of us got great grades on the project. He failed his part but it didn't affect us thankfully

Been there. But I'm dealing with new people at Academy and weve formed our little cliques and im actually starting towards the person the group dislikes the longer in around them. Shes loud brash and a tiny bit obnoxious which is why people dont like her. But I enjoy that she tells it like it is. Apparently a rumor got started about me and she was thr only one with the balls to just come and ask me. And another time she pulled me aside to point out something she had a problem with me over rather than just talking shit behind my back.

So yeah it can go either way.
