You could probably stop them by giving them an environment to be upfront and honest about what they're attracted to, so they don't feel hidden shame constantly. This allows them to not let these thoughts fester in the dark, and instead openly discuss whats going on in their head. Over time, as they mature knowing that having sex with a child is rape, because of children's lack of ability to consent, coupled with the lowering of libido from it's dangerous early 20's levels, they'll learn to control themselves to the point where the feeling isn't even an issue and they can't even imagine the nights they used to stay up late haunted by it.

Anyway just throwing it out there that they still haven't raided Jeffrey Epstein's New Mexico ranch, authorities claim Ghislaine Maxwell cannot be found, and Jean Luc Brunel is also somehow not arrested. There are some dubious, poorly sourced claims they are both in hiding in Brazil. They both probably never face any consequences.

In a similar vein to Clinton etc, Bill Gates is the latest person who claimed very loose connection to Epstein but as people dig deeper they find they clearly had a significant relationship.
