More like Japan has a hatred of China dating back almost 5000 years. I doubt Mitsubishi cares about Hong Kong, it is more likely they just don't want to be associated with a company that is being viewed as pro-China.

Given how China has been acting towards their own people, people of Hong Kong, and the detaining of innocent foreigners, they are giving Japan more and more reasons to NOT feel bad about Nanking. Just saying

The government of China actively stokes hatred of Japan in their propaganda, so yeah. This specific story is more about the relationship between Japan and American companies though. It's good that pro CCP behaviour is warranting at least some consequences.
