In all honesty, I was hammering F5 there and had everyone left but Eiko ready to save. And probably would've gotten Agrias otherwise.

So it was a good NR!

In alot of other cases yes it might be questionable but this is Martin we're talking about

No one else is jumping out at me (bad time to replay FFVIII and find out I don't like Laguna as much as I used to,) so I think I might alternate between Wiegraf and Auron. You know, grab on to two bandwagons and see which hand gives first.

(Assuming I can save three characters any time in the near future, anyway.)

3/4 and 6 down I guess

1 will probably have some strength, 2 is a good option but maybe tapped out last year , 3/4 is most flavorful and is always a good choice, 5 is fun, 7 is probably my least favorite of the bunch but maybe I should consider him cause he may ultimately be the strongest at the endgame

Its FFT, but its more priority than fave this year

I think the plan was for Delita this year regardless (I dont think I want to main the same character every year, gets boring) but I wasnt expecting the other characters to do so well, I was expecting like, two hard boots and maybe a couple more elims by this point. Makes me want to take a step back and decide what the people want

Agrias Gaffgarion and Mustadio are the only three reps we have that I particularly like as characters

So Gaff is next out obviously

I guess Delita is fine too but I generally wouldn't ever consider voting him without some other factors going for him.

Every single Tactics character to appear over the years has struggled to maintain any real sort of success. Out of the twelve to place, Agrias is one of only two to land in the top half more than the bottom half, and the only one with even four consecutive top half placements. She drops 0.42% to 52.41%, down one spot to 45th and, in the process, ceding the top FFT spot back to Wiegraf. She is still the top FFT character in the newSTATS at the moment, as she drops 1.00% to 55.00%, down three spots to 39th.

I'm on vacation for a week next month, and I'm expecting to only get saves in when I'm lucky enough to be in my hotel room when a round is going on. Which would be very rare.

So really getting way too invested in this now to keep my favs alive as long as possible before everything burns and I return to sift through the ashes.

This is the reason I save him. I struggled at FFT (it was the first game of the genre I played, and I was pretty young at the time and didn't realize what I was getting myself into). When I've held and saved him in the past, the reason is because he's OP and makes things easier in a game I really didn't care for as a player.

XVIII ended in early October 2016 (so it probably started around June)

XIX started in August of 2017

Despite only being in Japan for 3 months both years (May to August 2016, and August to October 2017), I missed the first half of both. And yet you somehow missed barely anything in 12 months >_>

ah yeah just checked the Modified By date of my XVIII-finals excel sheet which would say those finals were by Oct. 8th at the latest

... soooo I would've been in Japan for a month, and like the last ~35 rounds or so

I still don't even remember any of it until the finals... Celes fell 20th which is kinda normal, and my next guy Locke made it to the finals... even Edea made it all the way 12th and there's no way she got that far without my input

I don't really get it! Japan time zones are absolutely killer, although it is true I didn't have any early classes first term so I could've stayed up real late, but I don't see how being active in the 4-8 hours would ever be possible

Also gives me more time for compiling the stats everyone's been waiting for.. let's just say the Cids had & have great sniping prowess
