That's my secret captain, I'm always angry

*turns into hulk, punches

*epic camera pan

That scene still gives me fuck yeah vibes. What we got in the other 2-3 movies was just... cringey by comparison for some reason. Think it may have been due to superhero overload, too many of them appearing on screen compared to just the original 4 vs chitari army.

lol that scene isn't even the best scene in its movie.

Not to mention nearly every scene with Thanos trumps anything from Avengers 1.

Avengers 1 Thanos: intimidating, mysterious fella

Avengers 3 and 3.5 Thanos: durr, I just want to make the world half and balanced, I R deep, not just generic villain

The first time I watched avengers 1 I hadn't even watched any previous MCU, so at that time that Hulk moment was definitely the most hype moment.

Had I watched all previous MCU stuff, the first time Iron Man and Captain America met when fighting Loki would have been the most exciting part, whereas the Hulk moment would have been less exciting since I might have still been somewhat put off by the actor switch that happened.

TC I feel the same.

Except..I'd say that Captain America's mjolnir scene slightly tops it though.

I waver between finding that cool and considering it kinda cringey. It's a tossup between that and the girlpower scene for most facecringe.

It never made sense to me. If he's always angry, then shouldn't he always be The Hulk?

Oh man when Thor strikes his hammer on Captain America's shield... that movie was like every fanboy discussion wetdream ever. It's like they put in everything we wanted to see, and more.
