I enjoy my dust, but can't stand any other clutter.

House gets cleaned twice a week, with a big clean once a month. The only exception is dusting, I hate dusting, so only the communal areas get done that often.

I don't dust much too or hover still my bedroom is clear. The rest of the house and even garden is terrible as my dad is a hoarder.

I'm really afraid of filth, so I need things clean. However, I have objects lying around and some stains that need to be wiped.

I don't let food, dishes, or anything that is notorious for growing bacteria build up. And I vacuum regularly. But I do pile up possessions to low hoarder levels, so I sometimes have little walking space.

Food waste and other material waste? Not tolerating it. Clutter is my jam, though.

I have a small ish place, so things can't pile up too much before having to do something.
Dishes last maybe 2 or 3 days, but I try to do them every other day. Laundry I do my best just to keep up on, and I'll sweep/vacuum/mop about once or voice a month.

I've always been curious about the psychology of the hoarder. How far does that go back? Were there cavemen that were stacking worthless stones, sticks and bones in their caves?

My current place is a bit cluttered because this is a very small house with almost no closet space so there simply isn't any good places to put stuff. My last place had tons of closets, cabinets and storage areas, so it was fairly neat.

I will not tolerate garbage accumulating. I don't generate a lot of trash, but the bag goes out every Wednesday evening (pickup is Thursday) at a minimum even if it's only half full.

The previous owners put carpet in the kitchen. All it takes is one spill and the carpet is ruined forever. I have done a lot of cooking in the past several years. Ugh. I need to rip it out, but I have never done that sort of thing before, I don't have anyone to help me, and I have no clue how to refinish the hardwood floor underneath.

The bathtub is a disaster because the faucet leaks like a sieve and we have extremely hard water, so there's a huge lime scale buildup that I can't get rid of because the leak washes away any chemicals I apply before they can do their job. I need to replace the faucet, but that's going to start a big refurbishment project that I can't do myself and I have a hard time finding anyone willing to drive this far out of town.

If I'm not careful I tend to accumulate dirty dishes in the sink. Washing dishes is my least favorite chore and I'd rather clean horse poo in the barn.

The barn is immaculate. Floors are clean enough to eat off of (if you're a horse), and all the tools, equipment, and tack is neatly organized.
