(tl;dw eat a substantial breakfast of protein and fat and you'll feel less anxious and improve your life) I usually have a bagel in the morning, and skip lunch at work. I'm going to switch to eggs, maybe with bacon or sausage, and I got some protein bars to bring to work for lunch.
