There aren't really any other joke characters in One Punch Man. He takes everything down with ease because everything around him is serious and it's funny for him to do so. The only way to stop a gag character is with another gag character. Squirrel Girl, Bugs Bunny, Popeye, The Mask. Stuff like that are what can take down Saitama. Faster than anyone the avengers have, stronger than hulk or thor. and this guy basically gets curbstomped by Saitama effortlessly whenever they meet. Saitama could probably solo tbh Dr. Strange and Scarlet Witch might be able to keep him entertained for a little while. --- Antifar had made one major error though. From what I've seen Saitama himself doesn't have much growth, but characters like Mumen Rider and Genos have awesome moments.
